First Class! Customer service is second to none. Ewan and Craig made buying my car a great experience. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. I bought a car which was totally perfect for me. I love driving it and recently bought myself a personalised reg plate which the garage took care of for me today. They had the plates made and fitted for me in a short time. I visited here approx 2 weeks ago. I am experiencing some noise in my Octavia and have considered a trade for an Audi. I dealt with Ewan, who I found to be incredibly knowledgeable, open and honest. He gave me lots of advice on how I could maybe improve the noise in my Octavia! I also did get a test ride in the Audi, but unfortunately it sold recently - I was too late to the party. In any case, I found this to be a very good garage. Great stock, the cars come in great condition with good tyres. Top marks!

I've just purchased my 8th car from Orwell Motors and have to say that the reason I continue to return is due to the fact that their customer service is second to none. Every car is meticulously cleaned and prepared to the highest standard by Craig and Ewan before the car is passed to the new keeper. Ewan is one of the nicest most genuine people that my wife and I have had the good fortune to meet and is a credit to the family business.
